Refund Policy

No refunds are issued for any design projects, digital, print, or otherwise. This includes any files provided that were used in it’s creation or the final saved files. File security and viability once delivered to client are the sole responsibility of the client.  Client has no ownership claim to software used, font licenses, or images placed for any creative project.

We do not accept any returns or consider replacement of physical products purchased unless there is visible damage during shipping and/or product has verifiable defects. Replacement may supersede any refund. Complaints must be submitted within 3 business days of delivery receipt and must include clear pictures of the damage/defect in order to process your complaint and/or consider a possible replacement. This is in order to comply with insurance regulations as required by delivery services, such as UPS, FedEx, or USPS. Due to such delivery policies imposed by shipping companies, we are not responsible for packages lost or stolen at residential addresses.

Return Process

To make a replacement or refund request, email us at support@imgraphics.net with your Order/Invoice Number and our support team will be happy to assist you with the next steps.

You may be liable for any return shipping charges if applicable.

Refunds/Exchanges

After receiving your complaint and/or item/s and inspecting the condition, we will process your  exchange or refund. Please allow IM Graphics up to 10 business days to resolve any issues.
